1. Who we are

2. What we collect

Information you give us. Your name, email, phone number, website address, business type, and anything you write in our form or send to us.

Information about your site. When you use the service, we receive your website files and settings so we can rebuild, host and update your site.

Your commands. The voice or text instructions you send to make changes, a text version of what was said, the change we made, and the time. We keep a change log so you can review and undo changes.

Technical data. Our hosting provider and our systems log basic technical details such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, to keep the service secure and working.

We do not use advertising cookies or sell your information. This marketing site does not use tracking or advertising cookies.

3. How we use it

• To answer your request and rebuild your site.
• To run the service: turn your instructions into website changes, show them back to you for approval, publish them, and keep the change log.
• To bill you, once you become a customer.
• To keep the service secure, fix problems, and improve it.
• To follow the law.

4. Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers we need to run VerbalPush, under their own privacy terms. These include our website host (currently Render), the code repository that holds your site (currently GitHub, in a repository you can own), our form and email provider (currently Formspree), AI providers that turn your instructions into edits, and a payment processor once billing starts.

We may also share information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety or property, or in a sale or merger of our business.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Voice and AI processing

When you give a spoken or typed command, a service we choose may process the audio or text to understand it. We use this only to carry out your request. We show every change back to you for approval before it is published. We do not use your content to build a public profile of you.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your information while you are a customer and for as long as needed afterward for records, taxes, disputes and legal duties. Requests that never become customers are deleted within 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

7. Your choices and rights

You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you these rights, along with the right not to be treated differently for using them. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.

8. Your website, your data

The content of your website belongs to you. Your site lives in a code repository that you can own, so you can leave with a full copy at any time. See our Terms · Contact for details.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please protect any passwords or access codes you have.

10. Children

VerbalPush is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. If the change is significant, we will tell customers by email.
